“Weltausstellung 1873 Wien (World Exposition 1873 Vienna)” was held as the largest world exposition in Vienna. Four of six stereographs show exhibits from Japan, such as the Japanese pavilion created with a traditional Japanese garden, a big golden dolphin, and a front guard frame to the Japanese garden.
